Ordering & Delivery Costs
- Standard delivery to Mainland UK and The Channel Islands is charged at £7.50.
- Delivery to Mainland Europe and International orders will be calculated on package weight and dimensions, and charged at cost. Spoke925 cannot be held responsible for any additional charges such as storage fees, customs clearance charges and/or import taxes.
- All orders are delivered via Royal Mail.
Delivery Leadtime
- Orders received before 2pm from UK and Channel Islands customers are generally delivered in the UK the next working day (subject to payment terms). Orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Exceptions to this can include bank holidays and orders placed outside of the UK.
- Whilst every effort is made to ensure next working day delivery in the UK, this cannot always be guaranteed and in particular for all parts of the Scottish Highland and Islands, or in the event of industrial action by the carrier.
